Moscow, "Wolters Kluwer"Volume 1: "Year 1990" will be published on 29th of October 2007 The Foundation for Constitutional Reforms started working on "The History of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Constitutional Commission: minutes, materials and documentation (1990 - 1993)." (volumes 1 - 6) with objective to preserve and popularize the materials relating to the work on the draft of the Constitution of the Russian Federation (1990 - 1993), as they have a high historic and social value. During October/November 2007 and February/May 2008 FCR considers to issue the following 6 volumes: volume 1 "Year 1990", volume 2 "Year 1991", volume 3 "Year 1992, volume 4 "Year 1993", volume 5 "Alternative drafts of the Constitution of the Russian Federation", volume 6 "Memoirs. Supplementary materials". Volume 1: "Year 1990" in 950 pages is to be published on 29th of October 2007 in Moscow. Volume 1 contains laws, regulations, minutes of discussions, articles of that time, regarding drafting of the Constitution of the Russian Federation for a period of May-December 1990 and other materials related to the constitutional reform in USSR and the Russian Federation of that time. "The History of the Constitution of the Russian Federation" is composed from unique materials of this reform years - both stored in the State Archives of the Russian Federation and materials, provided by the members, experts and employees of the Constitution Commission and other specialists from personal archives.
